By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using AstroOS (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

By using the Service, you also acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy, which describes how your personal information is handled.

AstroOS controlled beta participation is limited to users aged 18 or over. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

During registration, you are required to confirm: "I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older." Account creation cannot be completed without this confirmation. If you are under 18, you must not create an account or use AstroOS.

AstroOS does not collect identity documents or use automated age-verification systems for the current controlled beta. The age requirement is enforced through self-declaration during registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account.
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with others.
• Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

AstroOS offers optional security features including re-authentication thresholds and biometric verification. You are encouraged to use these features where available.

AstroOS relies on the birth information you provide (birth date, birth time, and birth location) to calculate your natal chart and provide personalised astrology features. You are responsible for ensuring that the birth information you provide is accurate.

Inaccurate birth information will result in inaccurate astrological calculations. AstroOS is not responsible for outcomes resulting from incorrect birth information provided by you.

AstroOS provides the following features:

• Cosmic Blueprint: Your natal chart with interactive planetary placements, houses, and aspects.
• Cosmic Calendar: Monthly and daily energy readings personalised to your chart.
• AI Guide: A conversational AI assistant that provides personalised guidance based on your chart, goals, journal, and current cosmic energies.
• Learn: Astrology lessons tailored to your natal chart.
• Goals & Timing: Tools to align your goals with astrological timing.
• Journal: A private reflection space.
• Cosmic Snapshots: Daily cosmic energy summaries.

The specific features available may vary and are subject to change as described in the Beta Software Terms section below.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data, the Service's infrastructure, or third-party systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including attempting to overload, crash, or reverse engineer the application.
• Use the AI Guide to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
• Share your account with others or create accounts for automated use.
• Reproduce, copy, or distribute AstroOS content without authorisation.

You retain ownership of the content you create in AstroOS, including journal entries, goals, and AI Guide conversations. By using the Service, you grant AstroOS a licence to process this content for the purpose of providing and improving the features described in these Terms.

Journal content: Your journal entries are private to your account. As described in the Privacy Policy, recent journal entries (truncated) are included in AI Guide context. Journal content is not displayed in Developer Mode or administrative tools — only the count of entries is shown.

AI Guide conversations: Your conversations with the AI Guide are stored in your account and are not shared with other users.

AstroOS, including its design, visual identity, code, lesson content, and astrological interpretations, is protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from AstroOS content without permission.

Astrological data is calculated using third-party APIs and is subject to the terms of those providers.

AstroOS provides astrology-based information, interpretations, timing insights, and personalised guidance. Astrology is presented as a reflective framework for self-understanding, personal insight, and intentional living.

Astrological content should not be interpreted as guaranteed predictions or guaranteed outcomes. AstroOS does not claim that astrological influences are scientifically proven, and we do not present them as such.

You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions. Any choices you make based on information provided by AstroOS are made at your own discretion and risk.

The AI Guide uses an artificial intelligence language model to generate responses. You should be aware that:

• AI-generated responses may contain errors or inaccuracies.
• AI responses should be considered as guidance and informational content, not as definitive truth.
• You should use your own judgement when considering AI-generated suggestions.
• AI responses are not a substitute for qualified professional advice.

AstroOS and the AI Guide do not provide professional advice. Specifically, AstroOS does not provide:

• Medical advice or mental health advice. If you have health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
• Legal advice. For legal matters, please consult a qualified solicitor.
• Financial advice. For financial decisions, please consult a qualified financial adviser.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact emergency services or a mental health helpline in your country.

AstroOS is currently in controlled beta testing. As beta software, you should be aware that:

• Bugs, errors, and unexpected behaviour may occur.
• Features may change, be added, or be removed without notice.
• Service availability is not guaranteed. The Service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
• Despite reasonable safeguards, data loss is possible. You are encouraged to keep copies of important journal entries or other content.
• Beta feedback you provide may be used to improve AstroOS. Not every suggestion will be implemented.
• Some features may be experimental and may not function as described.

You use the Service in its beta state at your own discretion. We appreciate your understanding and feedback during this phase.

AstroOS relies on third-party services including Base44 (infrastructure and AI integration), Prokerala (astrology calculations), and Google (authentication). We are not responsible for the practices, availability, or actions of these third-party services. Your use of third-party authentication (e.g. Google sign-in) is subject to the terms and privacy policy of that provider.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, AstroOS and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or emotional distress.

AstroOS is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

You use astrology-based content and AI-generated guidance at your own risk. We are not liable for decisions you make based on information provided by the Service.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, ask you to accept the updated Terms within the application. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may delete your account.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of AstroOS shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
